Diamond Grinding Liquid
金剛石研磨液是以金剛石為磨料，通過添加分散劑等方式分散到液體介質(zhì)中，從而形成具有磨削作用的液體。此固液混合物無毒，無腐蝕，常溫常壓下放置，穩(wěn)定性好，其密度為0.8g/cm3，粘度為10 Cp（20℃）。重山光電研發(fā)的金剛石研磨液是用于LED芯片加工中，對其襯底藍寶石材料進行單面減薄和拋光的油基多晶金剛石研磨液。
Diamond grinding liquid is a kind of liquid that takes diamond as abrasive material and the diamond is dispersed into liquid medium by adding dispersant and surfactant, thus the liquid with grinding action is formed. The solid-liquid mixture is non-toxic, non-corrosive. At normal temperature and pressure, its character is stable, its density is 0.8 g/cm3, viscosity is 10 Cp (20 ℃). The diamond grinding liquid developed by us is an oil-based polycrystalline diamond lapping liquid used in the processing of LED chip for the single surface thinning and polishing of its substrate sapphire material.

金剛石研磨液存儲在20～40℃條件下，需避光保存。本品易于沉降，使用前及使用中需攪拌均勻。本品盛放于500ml加侖桶中，也可根據(jù)用戶需求進行包裝。
