Fluoropitch
氟化瀝青是一種性質(zhì)優(yōu)越的材料，其性質(zhì)類(lèi)似于氟化石墨和聚四氟乙烯，但它的表面能(2.0 mJ/m2 )比氟化石墨(7.0 mJ/m2 )和聚四氟乙烯(15.88 mJ/m2 )低很多，與水的接觸角最高達(dá)145°。氟化瀝青在疏水涂料、防水、潤(rùn)滑、電池等方面均具有良好的應(yīng)用前景，可以用作防污涂料、防水材料、脫模劑、粘結(jié)劑、清潔劑、電子元件探測(cè)劑、焊接保護(hù)、高真空油、電子絕緣油、非可燃潤(rùn)滑劑和電極材料。
Fluoropitch is a kind of advantageous properties material, its properties are similar to fluorographite and PTFE, but its surface energy (2.0 mJ/m2) is much lower than that of fluorographite (7.0 mJ/m2) and PTFE (15.88 mJ/m2), and the water contact angle of fluoropitch is up to 145 °. It has good application prospect in hydrophobic coatings, waterproof, lubrication, battery fields. Fluoropitch can be used as antifouling coatings, waterproof materials, release agents, binder, cleaner, electronic component detector, welding protection, high vacuum oil, electronic insulating oil, non-combustible lubricant and electrode materials.
